Kathy Thomas is a dynamic and high-performance communicator with over 18 years of experience in real estate sales. She attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she studied Social Work before embarking on a successful career as a claims adjuster with Mutual of Omaha.
As a licensed insurance agent and Realtor, Kathy has closed over $50 million in career transactions. Her expertise extends beyond sales; she excels in team training and coordination, ensuring that every team member is equipped with the skills needed for success.

Cameron Thomas II
Cameron Thomas II represents the third generation of the Thomas family to hold both a real estate and insurance license. Since 2020 he has been an integral part of the property management department at GTR Management, bringing expertise in investment properties, rentals, and multi-units.
Known for his personable nature, Cameron is also passionate about music production and writing. A proud graduate of Millard North High School, he combines his diverse interests with a commitment to providing exceptional service in the real estate industry.

Cameron Thomas, a native of Omaha, graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1983 with a degree in Business Administration. Cameron has dedicated his career to building dreams and inspiring lives.
As the President and CEO of GTRSALES & GTR Management, Cameron oversees operations alongside his wife Kathy, the Vice-President, and enjoys relationship with their four children. Together, they continue the legacy started by his father, a retired Air Force member, and then nurtured by his mother after his death. They have been focusing on innovation and service since 1967.
Cameron is passionate about helping clients grow wealth through real estate, aiming to launch new ventures and equip others for success. Cameron's mission is to empower individuals and communities by helping more people achieve homeownership and become mortgage-free, making a lasting impact on his community.

Katie Coughran

ABOUT US
GTR Companies was founded in 1967 by George H. Thomas Jr., a retired officer from the United States Air Force. His dream was to help people in his community achieve homeownership, a first for many in the local area. With dedication and strong people skills, George established the George H. Thomas Real Estate Company Inc., successfully helping hundreds achieve their dreams with a growing team of realtors.
As the company evolved, so did the need for home and auto insurance in the community. In response, Auto Insurance Mart was established in 1977. George believed in not only providing access to insurance but also educating the community on its importance. With continuous growth, the company expanded into property management, leading to the formation of GTR Management. A company focused on connecting great owners with great tenants.
Although Mr. Thomas has passed, his legacy lives on through his son, Cameron Thomas. GTR Companies continues to grow and adapt, but our commitment remains the same: to serve multiple communities by insuring what matters most to those shaping our future.
