Kathy Thomas, a resident of Omaha since age 3 attended both Northwestern College and UNO. She started her career in insurance with Mutual of Omaha, working 5 years as a claims adjustor and a health and life insurance underwriter. She is a licensed Property and Casualty  insurance agent, and has actively worked in the business for over 20 years.

A licensed real estate agent studying for a broker's license, she and her "dream team" know foreclosure sales and broker price opinions like the back of their hands. They currently list and sell properties for Freddie Mac, HUD, Chase and several local area banks.  Working together with Cameron, her team processes approximately 1,000 broker price opinions  and closes on average 10 million dollars in sales transactions annually.

She shares her life and business with her flamboyant, fun husband of 22 years Cameron and their 4 kids-Meghan, Joshua, Cameron II and Kaelynn.   She loves time with family, reading, decorating  and bargain shopping.
